This is a talk by Scott Chaskey, the former farmer at Quail
Hill Farm in Amagansett. I actually had a winter CSA Share at Quail Hill Farm a
number of years ago (feel free to ask me about it if you’d like 😊).
It should be very entertaining. Scott is a poet, and a lovely gentleman. I
imagine he’ll be doing a reading from his latest book.
