The weather is going to be a bit rainy, so it’s a good night to do dinner and maybe a movie (not the best outdoor weather so places might be less crowded π).
So far, WAZE (the community-driven navigation app) says to arrive at 6:30pm, one should leave at 5:55pm (but this could change as the day goes on so I’ll check before I’m getting ready to leave). The restaurant is located past Nieman Marcus and before the restaurant Small Batch (there’s a U-shaped cut out between those two spaces and True Food is kind of in the middle of that space). Here’s a map of the mall and if you zoom in you’ll see it…

Food starts to come out and let the eating begin π!
8:30pm - dinner winds down and we have our raffle, see if
anyone is up for watching a movie (see what’s available in terms of options and
seating availability) and head out into the night sated and with a smile
(either headed to a movie or home) π

Here's Dr. Weil’s website (though at the moment I’m annoyed
I can’t sign up for his emails as none of the links to do that seem to be
working…I emailed them about it)…

As usual in these events, I’ve done the research and eaten
many of the dishes on the menu π so feel free to ask
about them (though not all because they do keep changing and adding). The only
meh thing I’ve gotten (been eating here since it’s opened) is the Spaghetti
Squash entrΓ©e BUT I’d try it again and ask for some Salsa or Hot Sauce to kick
it up a notch (as Chef Lagasse says) as it was a bit bland otherwise (and maybe
since then they’ve tweaked the recipe and it’s more flavorful than it was…or
maybe you like keeping it simple and would think it was fine just as
is…different strokes for different folks π).
There will be a raffle for a wonderful cookbook (name to be revealed at the event π) and all who attend will automatically be entered.
