discuss at the meeting J ).

Eats (Garlic) – recipes seen in the DVD given to those attending

(Sky Room Café opening about 11:30am for drinks and snacks)
This month’s episode of Good
Eats with Alton Brown will be all about Garlic (which we should be getting
later in the season) and will include an all-purpose recipe for cooking greens
(which we get a fair amount of J ) and Garlic.
This month’s meeting topics
will include the Living Foods Share, the ever popular challenge of coming up
with suggestions about how to increase CSA membership, brainstorming about how
to increase participation in farm tours, planning for future meetings and
restaurant outings, and any other input that might come up about the CSA, the
food we get, etc.
