Know anyone who’s been thinking about joining our CSA?
Just found out today that our farmer has extended the last
date for new or renewing CSA members to join Green Thumb CSA - Huntington till
Sunday, September 11th!
So, there’s FIVE more days for folks to join our CSA,
and there’s a CSA sale till then too (Half & Half Sale…half the hours to
get the Work Deposit back and half the Work Deposit paid and MORE off if the
person is a member of the Cinema Arts Centre).
If you know anyone who might be interested, have them stop
by the CSA this week or have them get in touch by email or phone to get info on
the sale ($50 to $75 off depending on if they’re Cinema Arts Centre members or
not, and they can work 6 hours to get their Work Deposit back), and to get a
contract if they want to join.
After this Sunday…no more new members for the rest of the
season even though our CSA doesn’t end till December 8th.
Or if you’re sharing a CSA share with someone and would like
to turn your one share into two (if you’ve decided you each want your own share
because it’s not too much food), you can do that till Sept 11th too.
