Happy Summer!
Anyone interested in getting another CSA share this week? We’re looking for one person to help set up the CSA from 2:30pm to 3:30pm as our regular set-up crew can’t make it. If interested, respond to this email or call 631-421-4864 before 1pm today.
This week’s email is also very brief. Last week it was a health thing (better) and this week it’s a house thing (in process). Here’s hoping next week will be uneventful J !

If interested, please respond to this email before 1pm today OR call 631-421-4864 till 1pm today OR call the CSA at 631-385-1079 after 3pm today OR just show up a little before 3:30 or 5:30pm at the CSA and offer to work if there's still an empty slot on the CSA Work Sign-up Sheet (or 3:30 as you never know who will and won’t show up). ALWAYS FILL THE CSA WORK SHEET OUT IN PENCIL!!! Life is too unpredictable for being written in pen!

3. Cooking class after the CSA this week!
The UUFH is holding monthly cooking classes on the last Thursday of every month at 7:30pm. This week’s topic is “Mushrooms” and some of the produce being used has been donated by Green Thumb Farm. It’s possible that the mushrooms have been donated thru them as well.
